Mr. Staley serves as Non-Executive Chairman and is Chair of the Audit, Compensation & Risk Committees for O’Brien-Staley Partners. 39-year career with Cargill Inc., Chairman and CEO 1999-2007. Ms. Bowen serves as Chief Human Resource Officer at O'Brien-Staley Partners and has over 25 years of experience. Previously she was Chief People Officer at Stout, a global investment bank and advisory firm. Prior HR leadership experience including Pavilion Financial Corporation, Lacrosse Global Fund Services (N/K/A SS&C). Mr. Bernier serves as Managing Director, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer for O’Brien-Staley Partners and has over 25 years experience. 21 years of experience for Cargill spanning investment management, internal audit and controllership for both investment business and operating units. Mr. Cameron serves as Managing Director of Investments for O’Brien-Staley Partners and has over 10 years of experience. Prior work experience as Director and Associate on the investment team at OSP and as a corporate and municipal bond analyst at Travelers across investment grade and high yield. Ms. Johnson is responsible for portfolio management at OSP, spanning investments, risk management and investor relations functions with over 25 years experience. Founding equity partner of CarVal Investors with 21 years of loan portfolio and special asset experience at CarVal and Cargill. Ms. Johnson has a BA in accounting and english, summa cum laude, from Concordia College and a Masters of International Management from University of St. Thomas School of Business.

Mr. Muenzberg serves as a senior advisor for O’Brien-Staley Partners and has over 25 years experience. Formerly Managing Director of CarVal Investors specializing in commercial real estate. 20 years of experience for Cargill across all types of asset-based investments. Founder VineHill Capital Partners (private real estate investment & consulting). MBA from Carlson School of Management & BBA from Wisconsin.

Etienne serves as Director of Business Development at O’Brien-Staley Partners and has over ten years of experience. He was previously with Castlelake LP, most recently as Director of Business Development and Capital Markets where he focused on originating investment opportunities and arranging investment level financing for the firm’s real estate and specialty finance businesses. He also has equity capital markets experience including working in institutional sales at Colliers International. Etienne has a BS in Journalism from the University of Kansas.

Mr. Dougherty serves as Director of Investments at O’Brien-Staley Partners and has over 10 years of experience practicing in the financing and restructuring group at Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP in Minneapolis. Mr. Holmes is a consultant at O’Brien-Staley Partners. He works closely with the investment team on portfolio finance and economic development deal origination, among other firm initiatives. In addition to serving as Waco City Councilman since 2016, Mr. Holmes has had a successful career in commercial real estate, commercial lending and banking, most recently as Senior Vice President of First National Bank of Central Texas. Director, Insurance, Taxes, and Appraisals
Ms. Blystone is responsible for the development and management of the insurance programs including creation of a captive insurance company at O’Brien-Staley Partners and has over 15 years of experience. Formerly Insurance Program Manager and Vice President for Minnetonka Insurance Company, Cargill’s captive. Previous experience includes managing a global captive, execution of multinational insurance programs as well as various accounting and operational roles at Cargill/CarVal. Ms. Rezac serves as Director of Accounting for O'Brien-Staley Partners. 20 years of accounting and financial reporting experience in various roles at Cargill, Inc., CarVal Investors, and Northstar Capital, LLC. Ms. Love-Jensen serves as Associate Director of Accounting for O’Brien-Staley Partners and has over 25 years of relevant accounting, financial reporting and analysis experience including various roles at Varde Partners and Merced Capital (EBF & Assoc). Ms. Sutherlin serves as Senior Accountant for O’Brien-Staley Partners and has over 15 years of relevant accounting, financial reporting and analysis experience. Previous experience at Cargill, Inc., Black River Asset Management, Varde Partners and Carlson Wagonlit Travel. BA in accounting from the University of St. Thomas; holds a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) license.
Stephanie serves as Senior Recruiter for O'Brien-Staley Partners’ independent affiliates ADM and AmeriNat. Prior to joining OSP, Stephanie was a recruiter at Super Go Faster, a software consulting company based in the Twin Cities. Previously, she was a recruiter at Infinity Consulting Solutions where she sourced for a variety of roles and industries. Stephanie holds a Bachelors of Organizational Communication from Bethel University.

Mr. Blanchard serves in Marketing and Investor Relations support for O’Brien-Staley Partners and has over 25 years relevant experience including over 20 years as a principal for an internet marketing and web development company. BS in journalism from University of Kansas.
Ms. Hurley is OSP’s Marketing Director, responsible for developing and maintaining the firm’s brands online and offline. Ms. Hurley has over 10 years of marketing experience. Previous experience leading brand strategy, digital marketing/web development and multi-channel media execution for clients including Land O’Lakes, 3M and UnitedHealthcare.
