IMPACT INVESTING
OSP makes market-rate investments that provide positive societal impact across three channels: loans to Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFIs) and New Markets Tax Credits (NMTC) transactions to spur job creation in low- to-moderate income (LMI) areas; investments in Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (C-PACE) projects to stimulate green energy efficiency in commercial properties; and structured investments in affordable housing to improve housing stock and ownership.
